Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, you can. You can request a change to your booking through the ‘My Bookings’ section of the On the Beach website or app. You’ll receive a quote online or from a member of their amendments team for any changes that you wish to make.
Can I add an extra passenger to my booking?
Yes. Similarly to the answer outlined above, you’ll need to request this via the ‘Manage My Booking’ section online. From here, you’ll need to click ‘Add Passengers’ and a member of the amendments team will get in touch with a quote. You will then have 48 hours to accept or decline the quote in order to complete the amendment process.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can. Cancellation requests can be made through ‘My Bookings’ section of the On the Beach website or app. You may incur fees, and won’t be due any refund if you’re scheduled to leave within the next 14 days. There is also an admin fee of £30.00 per person, per cancellation.
