Yes, free standard delivery is available on orders over £49.00 at Dunelm otherwise it is £3.95. Click and collect is also free. However large furniture and items are excluded and costs £9.95.

You can get standard delivery that arrives in 3-5 working days and costs £3.95, express delivery that arrives in 1-2 days and costs £5.95, large furniture delivery is available between Monday and Saturday and costs £9.95, and made-to-measure items will be delivered within 5-10 weeks due to the custom nature of the products and also costs £9.95.
What is the returns policy at Dunelm?
You'll have 28 days from the point of purchase to return items to Dunelm. You’ll need proof of purchase and the product must be unused, have all original packaging and tags must be intact. Returns at Dunelm are completely free.

Made to Measure is a specialist manufacturing and fitting service provided by Dunelm. You’re able to choose from a range of styles and fabrics to fit your exact specifications, whilst Made to Measure experts will be on hand to help you out with any questions that you might have.
What goods does this service cover?
Made to Measure covers a wide range of curtains, curtain tiebacks, cushions, blinds and shutters. Made-to-measure fabrics are also available, and there are over 500 different fabric types to choose from.
How do I book an appointment?
Organising a Made to Measure appointment is easy! You can either book a phone appointment, a virtual appointment or an in-store appointment to discuss your requirements. This can all be done online, and you’ll be able to choose a time slot that best suits you.
Can Dunelm measure and install them for me?
Yes, they can. Ensuring that the correct measurements are taken for your bespoke curtains, blinds or shutters is important, and Dunelm can provide an expert to come and do this for you if you’d like. They also provide a professional fitting service if you’d rather not have to install them yourself. Arranging these services can be discussed during your initial appointment.
Can I return a Made to Measure item?
As the products are custom-made to your exact specifications, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or have been made to the wrong measurements. This is the same for both online and in-store orders. If you do have an issue with your Made to Measure order, Dunelm recommends contacting their Customer Service Team (their details can be found at the top of this page).
Are samples available?
Yes, they are. In fact, you’re able to select up to five different samples for free! And what’s great, is that you won’t need to pay for postage either.
