What delivery options are available with Schuh?
Schuh offers delivery 7 days a week with a number of options available.
- Standard Delivery is £3 and will arrive within 2 - 5 working days.
- Next Day Delivery is £4.99 and will arrive the next day if you place your order before midnight Monday to Friday, 10:30 pm Saturday, or midnight on Sunday.
- Choose Your Day is £4.99 and can be chosen up to 14 days in advance of your delivery.
- Click and Collect is free and can be collected from your chosen store in as little as 20 minutes after you place your order.
- CollectPlus is £3 and can be collected from your local convenience store. If you order before 4 pm you will receive delivery within 2 - 5 working days.
- UPS Access Point and ASDA toyou costs £3 and will be ready to be collected within 2 - 5 working days.
Does Schuh offer free delivery? You can get free standard delivery, CollectPlus, UPS Access Point, and ASDA toyou if your order comes to over £25.
Can I track my Schuh order? You can track your Schuh order by entering your order number and email address into the tracking page. You can find the relevant information in your confirmation email.
How long does Schuh keep a Click & Collect order? When you select the click and collect option, you can also select a specific time slot to collect your order, you will also receive a confirmation email telling you your order is ready to be collected. If you miss this, you can go to the relevant store during opening hours and they should be able to find the order for you. They will hold your order for roughly two weeks before you will be contacted to collect your order.

THE SCHUH CLUB loyalty card is a digital version of a loyalty card that can be kept in a digital wallet. Here, you can check your account details and point balance with ease. To download your card, you just need to click on the ‘download wallet’ link that can be found in your welcome email. It will show your wallet pass and then you can click download. Although it’s a digital loyalty card, you can use it both in-store and online. Just bring it out and have it scanned in-store or type in the loyalty number if you're shopping online and you’ll be able to earn your points right away.
With every purchase you make, you will earn loyalty points that will bring you closer to earning those lovely Schuh rewards.
