Can I change my booking at No.1 Lounges?
You can make changes to your booking by contacting the Guest Experience team via email. No.1 Lounges aims to offer flexible bookings so you can rest assured a change to your schedule won’t cost your lounge experience too.
What do No.1 Lounge bookings include?
You will get access to the comfortable No.1 Lounge area, as well as food and drink options. The menu at each lounge is different so it’s worth checking the menus before you go. Each booking entitles you to one made-to-order meal and food from the self-service station. Drinks are complimentary, excepting for Champagne. You can also access unlimited WiFi and a selection of magazines and newspapers.
What is the cancellation policy at No.1 Lounges?
You can cancel your booking at No.1 Lounges up to 48 hours before the start date and time. No.1 Lounges will refund you for your booking, minus a £5 admin charge. If you cancel within 48 hours, then your booking is subjected to a 100% cancellation fee (i.e. you will have to pay the full cost). We would recommend checking the terms and conditions before booking.
Does No.1 Lounges have a dress code?
Yes. No.1 Lounges asks that customers wear ‘smart-casual’ clothing. They have the right to refuse entry if you are wearing unsuitable clothing. Check the terms and conditions on their website for more information about which clothing is not acceptable.
