How do I return my Merrell order?
If the item was bought less than 30 days ago and is in the same condition you bought it in, then you’re able to return it. To do this, you’ll need to click Start Your Return Here on their returns page and fill in your details. Next, you’ll need to package your items and include the Return Authorisation document. You’ll also need to fold and attach 3 copies of the invoice onto your package, as well as the UPS Shipping Label. Lastly, drop your package at your nearest UPS location or arrange for it to be collected.
How long will it take for Merrell to refund me?
It can take up to 14 days for your parcel to get back to Merrell. Once they’ve received your order, it may take a further few days for your refund to reach your bank account.
What do I do if one of my items is faulty or broken?
If there’s something wrong with any of the items you’ve ordered, you will need to return them to Merrell. You will then be refunded the full price of the item and any shipping costs. If you have any other queries in relation to faulty products, it’s best to contact them directly via phone or email.
