What are the delivery options available at M&Co?
M&Co offers a multitude of ways to get your order to you. In terms of home delivery services, they offer a standard delivery service and an express delivery service.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery will get your order to you within 3-5 working days. If you’re after it sooner or just that little bit more impatient, then the express delivery option will get it to you within 1-2 working days.
How much does it cost?
Standard delivery is available for £3.50 or is free on orders over £50. The faster express delivery service could get your goods to you sooner for only £5.95.
Can I have free delivery from M&Co?
You can get Free Standard Delivery to your home address on orders over £50. This is estimated to take 3-5 working days to arrive, meaning Monday - Friday. The easiest way to get Free Delivery is to choose Free Delivery to Store at the checkout.
Is Click & Collect available on orders?
Click & Collect to a M&Co store is completely free for orders over £20 but costs £2 for orders under that. It should take 3-5 working days for your order to arrive in store. Or choose Express Click & Collect at the checkout to receive your order in-store within 2-3 working days, for only £1 on orders over £20 or £3 on orders under that.
What is the M&Co returns policy?
You have 28 days to return your order or 14 days if it is a Sales item. Returns can be made via the Royal Mail or ASDAtoyou service. If returning via Royal Mail, retain proof of postage. You can also return your item to your nearest M&Co store, although there are some exceptions so make sure to check the M&Co website. For returns, make sure to fill out the return form with your order.
