What delivery options are available at EMP?
Currently, EMP only offers a standard delivery option with Royal Mail which should arrive with you within 3 to 5 days for £4.99. This can be delivered either to you, a chosen safe place, or a selected local collection point.
Does EMP offer free delivery?
Unfortunately, EMP isn’t offering free delivery right now, however, if you sign up for the Backstage Club membership, you can receive free delivery for the whole year.
Can I track my EMP order?
If you’d like to track your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your tracking details.
What is EMP's returns policy?
You can return your order for up to 30 days after its delivery, though if you are a Backstage Club member, you have up to 100 days to return an item. All returned items must be in their original condition with the tags attached.
Are returns free?
Yes, they are. Once you've received your order if you need to send it back for any reason you can do so completely free of charge.
