Can I get free delivery at Beaverbrooks?
All orders over £30 are eligible for free standard home delivery. Orders below this amount will need to pay £3.95 for delivery. Your order will arrive within 2 working days via the Royal Mail or DPD. You should order by 2 pm for this time frame.
Does Beaverbrooks do Click & Collect?
Yes. Beaverbrooks offers a Click & Collect service. This costs £2.95 or it’s free for orders over £30. You can choose to pick up your order from either a Beaverbrooks store or an eligible Post Office location. Your order will take 2-3 working days to be delivered and you’ll receive a notification when it’s dispatched.
What is the Beaverbrooks returns policy?
Beaverbrooks offers a 30 Day return period if you change your mind about your item. Your item should be returned unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Any items that are customised or personalised are not eligible for return.
